We want you to love your purchase. If something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to help and make it right.

Returns & Exchanges
Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags attached.

To start a return/exchange, please contact us at info@queencityrevolt.com with your order number and reason for return — we’ll take it from there.

Store Credit (Our Preferred Option)
We primarily offer store credit for approved returns.
Why store credit?
It’s faster to process.
It never expires.
It helps us keep prices fair and continue creating items you love.
Once your return is received and approved, store credit will be issued via email so you can shop again whenever you’re ready.

Refunds
We understand that store credit doesn’t work for everyone. Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis, especially in situations where:
An item arrives damaged or defective.
You receive the wrong item.
There’s a fulfillment error on our end.
If this happens, please reach out — your experience is our top priority, and we’ll always do our best to make things right.
Refunds are processed based on applicable product and tax charges.
Original shipping charges are not refunded.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

Final Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Custom products are not subject for return.
